Slidepicker was born from a simple frustration: creating presentations should not take hours of design work. We built a tool that turns your content into beautiful slides automatically.
Our story
Slidepicker started in 2020 in the Czech Republic. The founding idea was simple: people who write great content should not have to also become slide designers. Every day, millions of smart people waste hours dragging text boxes, aligning images, and picking fonts instead of focusing on what they actually want to say.
We built Slidepicker to fix that. Write your content in Markdown, and the auto-layout engine picks the best template for each slide. Set your brand colors once, and every presentation matches your identity. Collaborate with your team in real time, and export to PDF when you need to go offline.
Today, Slidepicker is used by developers, startup founders, educators, and sales teams around the world. We remain a small, focused team that cares deeply about building a tool that respects your time and your content.

Slidepicker was born from frustration with traditional presentation tools. The first version launched as a simple Markdown-to-slides converter.
Custom branding and templates
Added workspace-level brand colors, font customization, and the first set of presentation templates.
PDF and PNG export
Launched cloud-based export powered by Puppeteer, allowing users to download their presentations as high-quality PDFs and PNGs.
Premium plan launch
Introduced the Premium subscription with export features, branding removal, and online sharing capabilities.
Real-time collaboration
Added real-time collaborative editing powered by Supabase, with presence indicators and email-based invitations.
Modern editor upgrade
Migrated to CodeMirror 6 for a faster, more reliable editing experience. Rebuilt the export pipeline on Cloudflare Workers.
